Welcome to Emo Opossum Crafts. Please remember I am one person and am only capable of so much. Please read through the policies and if you still have any questions feel free to contact me through the contact page.

Shipping

All orders are shipped using USPS. I will package and ship ready-to-ship orders within 5 days of purchase. Customs and Made to order products will vary. If you have any questions or need to rush an order, please contact me using the wesbite's contact feature. Once a package is shipped I have no control over how long it takes to reach you. Please plan ahead if you plan on gifting any of our products.

Returns

I do not accept returns or exchanges of any kind. Unshipped orders can be cancelled or amended but once an order ships it cannot be done.

Quality Guarantee

I take great pride in my crafts and take care to create quality products. Much love and care is put into every item. Care instructions are sent with crochet wearables and it is important for you to follow them. Once an item reaches you, it is yours to take care of with the same care I put into creating it.

All items have a 6 month warrantee. If an item breaks or becomes faulty in any way, you may contact me and we can discuss a refund or repair.

Freebies

Freebies are sporadically included in orders. I love my customers and want to reflect that love with treats and tokens of appreciation! That being said, freebies may not be exchanged or returned for any monetary value.
